Additional prayer request

This came in last week. Sorry for the delay in posting, but please keep this person in your prayers. Here is the text of the email.

Hi Fr. Dave & "the staff".................I am hoping you can add this prayer request to your prayer chain. This request came to me through the prayer chain I am on through my parish here in Idaho Falls. A couple just found out that their unborn son has some severe complications(brain, internal organs, heart)that are inoperable and consistent with a chromosomal or genetic defect. The young couple has been told that these complications are inoperable and consistent with a chromosomal or genetic defect which is incompatible with life. They were also told that the "best thing" for the mom would be to terminate the pregnancy as continuing with it would pose increased risks to her health and future pregnancies. Well, this young couple is determined not to end the pregnancy - they have accepted this as part of God's plan and will shower this little one with all the love they have for as long as they are blessed with this baby. In my opinion, this young couple is very courageous and are truly living their Faith.

I personally know the power of prayer and am asking you to add this little family to your prayers.

Thank you & God Bless You
Kate
